EDITIONS. A REVIEW.

Over the years, Kunstraum Innsbruck has been producing special editions of artworks in limited numbers. Some of them are still available! The special editions were created in cooperation with local and international artists at Kunstraum Innsbruck, such as Daniele Buetti, Rosa Loy, Mohau Modisakeng, Michael Riedel, and Jorinde Voigt, among many others, who in this way have been supporting the work of the institution.

We would like to invite you to this special presentation of the editions, which grants an insight into the diverse and dynamic history of Kunstraum Innsbruck. Very few of these editions you might have already seen on the walls of our back office, but most of them are stored in our depot. This is going to be a week full of impulses from a very diverse group of local and international artists and a great variety of aesthetic approaches. The artworks deal with with a wide range of topics, from the reflection on space, life, consumer society, pop culture, memory, mythologies, rituals, femininity, and feminism, all the way to the history of the black body, and much more. They comprise productions in print and sound, texts, drawings, photographs, installations, etc.

Note: during this presentation there will be twenty percent discount on the available editions for members of the association as well as for everyone who isn’t yet. Moreover, members of the Kunstraum Innsbruck association have the chance to attend a preview at 6 pm, on November 15.
