COLLAGE AS FEMINIST RESISTANCE

We will meet for a workshop exploring collage as a tool of feminist resistance. We will work with a variety of materials, from packaging to magazines, to dismantle stereotypical representations of women in popular culture and create new visions of belonging and identity. The workshop will involve developing a concept, selecting materials, fragmenting, cutting and pasting images to create banners for the 8 March protest. All are welcome!

Please bring magazines and other visual material to cut out!
